Seeking Full Stack Developer as an Equity Based Cofounder for a Startup

I'm in the ideation stage of an E-commerce startup and I'm looking for an equity-based cofounder who is a proficient full stack developer. If not, I may consider two cofounders - one for front end and another for back end.

Key Requirements:
- Expertise in React and Node.js
- Experience in start-up environment is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to take equity stake and not salary
