Restore WooCommerce Store & Backup

My WooCommerce site is currently down after I deleted a plugin, and there’s no visible error message to guide me. I need the store restored and the underlying plugin problem resolved, then a clean backup point created so this doesn’t happen again.
Scope of work
• Bring the site back online and confirm all store-front and admin pages load correctly.
• Locate and fix the plugin-related issue that caused the downtime.
• Verify that remaining plugins cooperate smoothly once the fix is applied.
• Set up and document a reliable backup/restore point (database + files) so I can roll back easily in the future.
You’ll have full WordPress and hosting access (FTP/cPanel) as soon as we start. Please outline how you plan to diagnose the crash, how long you expect the restoration to take, and any tools you prefer for automated backups.
