Job Description: We are seeking a motivated freelancer based in India to work from home on a variety of tasks including website development, email searching, and content writing. The ideal candidate should have a background in science or engineering (undergraduate, master’s, or PhD—completed or currently studying) from an Indian college, university, or institution, and be familiar with higher education and research contexts in India and abroad.
Requirements:
• Laptop and reliable internet connection at home
• Fluent English communication skills (speaking and writing)
• Basic technical proficiency in:
o Google search
o AI platforms (ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Gemini)
o Figure drawing tools (MS Paint or AI tools)
o MS Word, MS Excel, data processing tools (Datapress)
o Basic website design skills
• Ability to work on a task based schedule with deadlines (no fixed office hours)
• Availability for virtual meetings when required
Responsibilities:
• Assist with website development and updates
• Conduct email searches and compile contact information
• Write and edit content related to science, engineering, and research topics
• Process and organize data using MS Excel and other tools
• Create figures and simple graphics for reports or presentations
Compensation:
• Monthly remuneration: 10K INR
• Additional allowance for internet expenses
