Quick HTML to WordPress Site Conversion

WordPress Developer — Convert & Launch 3-Page HTML Site (ASAP)

I need a fast, reliable WordPress developer to migrate and launch a 3-page website for an online trading education business. The site is already designed in HTML — this is NOT a design-from-scratch job. Hosting is live and ready to go.
What Needs to Be Done

Convert existing 3-page HTML site into WordPress (design is ~90% final — I'll get it as close to 100% before handoff to minimize back and forth)
Match the existing HTML design accurately — responsive on desktop and mobile
Make the customer intake/application form fully functional (already built in HTML, needs to work properly in WordPress)
Connect to existing hosting and do a clean launch
Handle any minor remaining polish items to get it live
