Populate & Organize WordPress Content

I’ve completed the design of my WordPress site (see: https://vpasws.org.au/ ) and have all the material ready to go—text articles, high-resolution images, short videos, and a structured directory spreadsheet. I now need the site fully populated, logically arranged, and polished for launch.

Here’s what I’m after:

• Upload every article, image, and video, assigning each item to the proper category structure you’ll set up.
• Build the directory page from my spreadsheet and configure search/filter functions with a suitable plugin (Business Directory, GeoDirectory, or your preferred tool).
• Format posts and pages for consistent styling, embed videos through Gutenberg blocks, and set featured images.
• Optimise images (compression and alt text) and videos for fast loading while maintaining quality.
• Add SEO-friendly titles, permalinks, and meta descriptions using Yoast or Rank Math (already installed).
• Test responsiveness, links, and navigation so everything looks sharp on desktop and mobile before hand-over.

I will provide administrator access, all media files, the directory spreadsheet, and a simple category outline to start. Let me know your estimated turnaround time, the import tools you prefer, and links to two WordPress sites you’ve previously populated. I’m eager to get the site live quickly and smoothly.
