Context

I am launching AI Audits for companies.
The audit consists of multiple stages, and Stage 2 is a visual system map built in Miro, based on interviews with management and end users.

I am looking for a Miro expert who can design a professional, visually impressive, reusable master template that I can duplicate for each new client and simply change the inputs (texts, stickies).

This project is NOT about AI logic, automation, or consulting.
It is purely about advanced visual mapping, structure, and clarity.

What I Need

Create ONE master Miro frame that clearly communicates:

Current state reality

How work actually flows

Where time and errors occur

Systemic (repeating) patterns

Automation opportunity directions

Prioritization logic

Risk exposure and impact

The goal is that when a client sees this map, they immediately think:

“This is structured, professional, and unlike anything we’ve seen before.”

Required Skill Level (Important)

You must be very comfortable with advanced Miro usage, including:

Multiple zones within a single frame

Sticky color systems with meaning

Shapes (rectangles, diamonds, rounded containers)

Clear, intentional flow arrows

Visual hierarchy (dominant vs supporting elements)

Clean layouts with intentionally imperfect sections where appropriate

Making complex systems understandable at a glance

This is not a simple box-and-arrow diagram.

What the Template Must Contain (High-Level Overview)
1. Frame Header

Clear title

Short explanatory subtitle

Professional, minimal, clean

2. Interview Reality (Top Section)

Two loose, cloud-like clusters (no boxes)

Left: End Users (blue stickies)

Right: Management (dark blue stickies)

No arrows

Slightly messy on purpose (raw truth)

3. Ops Canvas (Center – Largest Element)

Connected back to Ops Canvas problem points

Helps the client visually understand where the business is exposed

9. Advanced Visual / Scale Diagram (NEW – Required)

At least one additional advanced visual, such as:

Maturity scale (Low → Medium → High)

Automation readiness scale

Manual → Semi-automated → System-driven spectrum

Scoring or gradient-based diagram

Purpose:

Make the board more engaging

Add depth beyond standard process maps

Show professional-level Miro usage

10. Professional Context Note

Small text box that:

Sets expectations

Clarifies that this is a current-state map

Protects scope and avoids premature solution discussions

Deliverables

One fully built Miro master frame

Clean structure, ready to duplicate

Placeholder text only (no real client data)
