Minecraft Client + Launcher

Hello. I have a complete design for a Minecraft launcher in Figma. Would it be possible to have it coded and add some important features such as a client a store (where you are able to purchase emotes/skins/capes) with a type of coin that can be bought with real money. Then a mods page where you can add mods. The client has to include functionality like the Lunar Client or Feather Client.

How much would it be? (I really don't care how much time you take)
