Migrate Dreamweaver Sites to WordPress

I need to migrate several Dreamweaver-built websites to WordPress. Some of these sites are e-commerce, while others are blogs. Objectives are to add SEO functionlaity, move away from using Dreamweaver, add e-commerce functions of order and payment processing to some of the sites--with a comatible host.

Requirements:
- Transfer text articles, product listings, and image galleries.
- Integrate essential SEO and e-commerce plugins.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in WordPress and Dreamweaver.
- Experience with SEO and e-commerce plugin integration.
- Strong content migration skills, especially for diverse content types.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain site integrity during migration.

8 sites are involved; could be combined if desirable, perhaps to 4 or fewer if individuality can be mainteined with subsites.
See www.vistabooksoutlet.com for one of the larger sites. Other sites vistabooks.com, vistabooksencore.com, and vistabooksvintage.com would be e-commerce sites,; these might be combinable into one e-commere site with separate areas for each.
Remaining sites are summitco.us, skimybestl.com, sharsmithpeak.org, and name4carl.org. The latter two sites could be comtined into one if desirable.

Even if comtinbed, the domains now in use must still be reachable independently. And of the several extant emails for the various sites, at least 8 need to be preserved: billj@summitco, pennyk@summitco, skimybest name4carl, sharsmithpeak, email@vistabooks, email@vistabooksoutlet, email@vistabooksencore, and email@vistabooksvinag. And it woujld be desirable to have the option for more email addresses to be added, too.

Because multuiple sites are involved with multiple emails--the sites' host needs to allow for same on one account; host is now inmotionhositng, which meets that need.

Sites can be offline during redevelopment.
Some sies ae large.
Owner of sites could do the work with guidance, as budge is limited.
Time is not of the essence.
