Install & Configure WPML Auto Translation

My WordPress site is live and fully operational, but it is still monolingual. I already hold a valid WPML license, yet the plugin has not been installed. I’d like someone to step in, install WPML, and configure it so the site works in three languages:

• Default: Slovenian
• Additional: English and Croatian
• Method: WPML’s automatic translation (no manual strings unless absolutely required)

Please set up the language switcher in a clean, unobtrusive place, run the initial automatic translation so every published page and post is covered, and confirm that any future content I add is picked up automatically. A brief hand-off note explaining where to find the key settings and how to trigger re-translations would be appreciated.

Let me know if anything in that scope looks unclear and give me an estimated turnaround time; I expect this to be a fairly quick task for someone familiar with WPML.
