HTML-to-WordPress Migration

NO BOTS. READ FIRST. THE JOB TAKES ROUND ABOUT 3 to 4 HOURS.
I have a complete set of static HTML files and I now want the site running on WordPress so I can manage it more easily. The finished WordPress install should look and behave exactly like the current site—same layout, same colours, same typography and all the existing text pages copied across.

Please keep the existing design framework intact; I do not need a visual redesign, only a faithful rebuild inside WordPress. Every heading, paragraph and menu item that appears in the HTML version must be reproduced in the new CMS so I can edit it from the dashboard going forward. Images that are already referenced in the code can remain where they are; no extra media work is required right now.

You are free to work with any clean, lightweight theme or create a custom one, as long as the final output matches the current front-end pixel for pixel and remains responsive. Use standard WordPress best practices—child theme structure, enqueueing of styles and scripts, and Gutenberg-compatible templates.

Deliverables
• A fully functional WordPress site installed on my hosting, mirroring the existing design and text content.
• All templates, CSS and PHP files organised for easy future edits.
• Basic documentation explaining theme structure and how I can update the content myself.
