HTML Template to WordPress Theme

I already have a finished HTML/CSS template for my tour-operator website and now need it running natively on WordPress. Your job is to turn those static files into a clean, modular WordPress theme that preserves the current design while giving me full control from the dashboard.

What I know for sure
• I want a true theme conversion—split into header, footer, archive, single pages, etc.—with styles and scripts properly enqueued and no hard-coded URLs.
• The final theme must be installed and active on my server, ready for content.

What I’m still deciding
I’m not yet certain which extras I’ll launch with (blog, e-commerce, portfolio), so I need your guidance on the smartest plugin stack and architecture for a travel-booking context. Point me toward best-practice solutions for things like tour listings, enquiry forms, and future online-payment integration.

Deliverables
• Fully functional WordPress theme that reproduces the current look
• Any required custom post types, menus, widget areas and Customizer settings
• Installation on my live site plus a quick start guide for edits
