Full-Stack WordPress Developer

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full-Stack WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle everything from front-end styling to back-end development, theme and plugin customization, website optimization, and direct client communication.
You will also be responsible for project analysis, understanding client requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes & plugins).
- Make advanced CSS changes, layout adjustments, and responsive design improvements.
- Perform code-level modifications in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Customize existing themes or develop new themes as required.
- Configure, modify, and troubleshoot WordPress plugins.
- Improve website performance, speed, and SEO structure.
- Conduct project analysis, create technical scopes, and propose solutions.
- Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.
- Ensure websites are secure, optimized, and follow best development practices.
- Manage staging, deployment, and version control processes.

Requirements
- Strong experience in WordPress full-stack development.
- Expertise in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Hands-on experience with theme customization, child themes, and plugin development.
- Knowledge of page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Good communication skills and experience handling clients.
- Ability to perform requirement analysis and prepare project documentation.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with WooCommerce.
- Knowledge of API integrations.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control tools.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
