Clean Build: Perform a manual WordPress install. No automated migration plugins. We are "harvesting" content (text/images) from the old site and placing it into a fresh, lightweight framework.
The Speed Mandate: Achieve a sub-3-second Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) on mobile. You must utilize SiteGround’s Ultrafast PHP and SuperCacher.
