Fix WordPress Header and ALT Tag

My WordPress site is missing the logo and menu from the header after a recent theme update. I need that error fixed.
Additionally, I have an image missing an ALT tag that I cannot find to edit. It's not in the WordPress media library. I would like help to locate and edit the ALT tag.
