Convert HTML Design to WordPress Page

Timeline - need ASAP

I already have a complete, responsive HTML/CSS design and now need it reproduced as a single WordPress page that I can edit easily from the dashboard. You will receive the original HTML files, stylesheets, scripts, and image assets; your task is to translate that layout pixel-perfectly into WordPress while keeping load time and clean code in mind. I’m not tied to any particular theme or builder—feel free to work with a lightweight custom template or a child theme if that speeds things up—just make sure the end result matches the existing design on every screen size.

Along with the finished page, I’d like:

• A short read-me explaining where to edit key sections in the backend
• Any custom CSS grouped in one place for easy future tweaks
• Best-practice security, SEO, and performance settings enabled by default (you can recommend plugins if they help)

Once the page is live and tested across modern browsers, the project is done. If all looks good, I’ll happily leave a quick 5-star review and consider more pages soon after.
