GoHighLevel Childcare Website + Funnels + Automations (Brightwheel Hybrid System)

Description:
I own a licensed childcare business in Baltimore, MD (21206) with transportation services. I’m looking for a GoHighLevel expert to build a complete lead-generation + enrollment-prep system inside GHL, while Brightwheel remains our operational platform (billing/enrollment/attendance).

Scope (GoHighLevel):
1. Build a clean mobile-first website inside GHL (Home, Programs, Tuition/CCS info, About, Contact).
2. Create 3 funnels:
• Book a Tour (form + calendar booking)
• Waitlist (form + nurture)
• CCS/Subsidy Interest (form + tagging + next steps)
3. Set up calendars (Tour Calendar + Interview Calendar optional).
4. Build automations:
• Instant text/email follow-up for new leads
• Missed-call text back
• Tour reminders + follow-up sequences
5. Create a pipeline with stages from lead → tour → accepted → “Move to Brightwheel”
6. Add basic reporting/dashboard so I can see leads, booked tours, and conversion.

Brightwheel Integration Expectation:
I’m NOT asking you to rebuild Brightwheel. I just need the GHL system to collect leads and then hand off approved families to Brightwheel using a clear checklist/process.

Deliverables:
• Live GHL website + funnels
• Automations + pipeline + tags
• Calendar set up
• Short Loom walkthrough video + basic documentation

Timeline:
Need the first working version within 7 days. Refinements within 3 additional days.

Requirements:
• Must show GoHighLevel examples you’ve built (funnels + automations)
• Strong copy/layout skills (childcare industry a plus)
