Complete WordPress Site Build- Template already available

A premium WordPress template is already in place; what I need now is the full transformation from blank canvas to live, polished website. The look has to stay modern and clean, fully aligned with my existing logo and color scheme, and geared toward showcasing a portfolio of projects.

Here’s how the job breaks down:

• Install and configure the template on my host
• Tailor the layout, fonts, and colour accents so everything feels cohesive with the brand assets I provide
• Build the key pages—home, portfolio grid with individual project pages, about, and contact—populating them with copy and images I supply (or temporarily with clear placeholders)
• Optimise for responsive viewing, quick load times, and basic on-page SEO
• Hand over an easy-to-follow guide (PDF or Google Doc) that walks me through updating text, swapping images, adding new portfolio items, and managing plugins, so I can handle future tweaks without extra help

Once the site is live and I can walk through the documentation confidently, the project will be considered complete.
