I have a fully-customised CRM running on a PHP/MySQL stack that I need replicated, moved to a fresh domain, and hosted on a standard shared-hosting plan. Alongside the CRM, the public-facing website must also be duplicated so that every form, landing page, and lead magnet you copy continues to feed data directly into the cloned CRM without a hitch.
Data integrity is crucial. The existing setup relies on TrustedForm certificates for every incoming lead, so your workflow has to preserve that handshake end-to-end—no missing tokens, no broken timestamps. 4. I receive a concise hand-over document detailing DNS records, database credentials, and any code changes made.
