Android App Developer + Website Developer for Startup (2 Apps + Admin Panel)

Job Description:
I am looking for an experienced developer or team to build 2 Android apps and 1 website for my new startup "Raftar"
The Project:
1. RAFTAR USER APP (Android)
· For customers to:
· Order taxis (with driver selection, tracking, rating)
· Order food from restaurants (browse menus, add to cart, checkout)
· Book hotels/guesthouses/wedding venues (view rooms with images, book)
· Two user types:
· HesabPay users (pay digitally via HesabPay wallet)
· Cash users (verify with Tazkira/Passport, pay cash)
2. RAFTAR PARTNER APP (Android)
· For businesses:
· Restaurants (manage menu, receive orders)
· Hotels/Guesthouses (manage rooms, receive bookings)
· Wedding venues (manage packages, hall gallery)
· Drivers (accept/decline rides, track earnings)
· Partners sign contract at office first (no public registration)
3. RAFTAR ADMIN PANEL (Website)
· Web dashboard for management to:
· Approve/decline new partners
· Manage agents (cash collectors)
· Track all transactions (HesabPay + Cash)
· View financial reports
· Change settings (commission rates, fuel prices)

· Complete user flows defined
· Clear business logic
· HesabPay payment integration required
