I would like to work on a online service provider platforms

I have below listed project ideas.

What I want to do is, I want to form a professional team of few hard working people to work and crate all below services one by one as necessary.

In order to do that, I will make people who supports these ideas with their programming knowledge and skills an official partner of the given project forever. As the project becomes life and if it gets successful we will keep making it better and better and as we earn we will officially share profit.
