I would like to delete everything from my Shopify store and make it a print on demand store

I have an existing Shopify store and I would like to delete everything from it and turn it into a print on demand store. I want to keep the same domain name for the store. I plan to use Printify as my print-on-demand provider, since I am familiar with their services and quality.
