wix developer needed

i am doing the wix website and i need to add some features into my current website. website is based on tour and travels and e-commerce shopping. I wanted to add the reoccurring billing option. I am looking for the expert wix developer who can do custom code as well and i have no issue buying any widgets and upgrading anything in Wix as far my requirement is completed.
