website restyling/developing

Hello everyone,
I’m looking for frontend / backend developer to restyle [http://www.watergas.it/it](http://www.watergas.it/it) and implement few of it’s functions such as:
- user and subscriber access
- automation of data collection
- optimization of database management
- graphic restyling
- UX / UI update

There are about 1200 registered companies and 2600 users. Users have a classic and rather simple management: profile, pwd recovery, company association.
I’m looking for someone able to implement actual functions in current framework.
Alternatively you can propose migration to / rebuilding from scratch on other CMS (eg. WordPress).
