website improvement and guidance

Hello, a colleague and myself have created a website for all chiropractic needs wordwide where they can post seminars, marketplace items, employment opportunities etc as there is no website like this existing. We have created forms and CMS database to gather information and done all the website entirely to ourselves. As we are not website professionals, we would like someone to go through our website and guide us through improvements and especially design. As we grow we would like a team/person that we can rely on the continually help us and someone we can trust financially aswell. We would like to post the site ASAP But want to make sure it is running smoothly!
