a website for online courses

I am looking for a web developer to create an online platform for multiple instructors and courses. This platform will focus on professional training, offering professional courses in a variety of fields. I have some ideas on the design of the website, but I am also open to suggestions. My main goal is to create an online platform that is user friendly and easy to navigate, directing instructors and students towards the available courses.
