UX/Ui website for a new type of ⚽ game (redesign)

I want to redesign from scratch our old “museum” website www.fotbalvalah.ro (we won`t keep no graphic elements from it) keeping our mock-up`s arhitectural structure (romanian language mock-up mobile version as a guideline - https://xd.adobe.com/view/8de5b6e2-e7ed-4aa6-85a2-58d11f35d2c3-d8b6/). Our intent is to present game rules on a web (not app) version (mobile, tablet and desktop). Game rules (4 min video) can be founded at https://youtu.be/NL1Qk2r_80c
Right at this moment we are in progress in creating all 3D images that we will use them for future website, so when they will be done, we will provide them to you asap so you can be able to start website construction.

So your mission will be to build 16 main screens (10 of them explaining game rules using and text and graphic elements) and 41 map screens (like a town/county "radiography" (counters) of players and suporters interested into playing/beeing in touch with this sport. If anyone is interested in register into our sistem, they will have to contact us using WhatsApp or FB Messenger). Website should be as aerated as www.tesla.com.
