website for a global business community network

My project is to create a website for a global business community network. The main purpose of the website is to provide resources and information that can be accessed by the community's members. I don't have any rough idea of the design and layout of the website & I am open to any suggestions. As far as color scheme of the website, I am open to any suggestions that would work best. The website should be easily navigable with a modern feel to help engage and attract users. It should be user-friendly, mobile-friendly, and capable of efficient and stable content management.
