3d website for my Shopify store

Let me tell you this first I have no knowledge about designing a website and how much work does it take and I don't know about prices.My store is about shark designed slippers.I want a 3d store with smooth parallax scrolling effects maybe some videos, cool design.I have like 40 product. It's going to be like 5 or 6 collections .As I said I don't know how much work does it take to finish this job.I have all the respect for web developers and I don't want to disrespect you but I'm also new to this sector and my budget is limited I don't want to disrespect you with low bid.
