design or develop a website with logo, sliderss, ecommerce, for food delivery, where there should be finished food prepared dishes displayed and customer will select the relevant and place it in cart, at the end the customer will submit the order and finalise and the invoice is generated, email gets marked to the end customer and the admin of this site aswell. there should be 3-4 languages google translate free plug in, plug in if required for managing the accounts of the customer andd how much sale happened, how much items sold, which item is most selling etc such reports should be available at backend...it should be ready with the configuraition for the paymet gateway like paypal and VISA andd mastercard. but currently the integration will not be done as the current money collection will be only manually COD- once the selection of the items and qty is done it should show up which option they want the packaging A or B type. based on the selection the total charges will be displayed on the invoice- until the time it will be moved to payment gateway it will be COD and the confirmation of the payment and invoice cycle will be from backend.. to order food the customer should be able to register and create his profile so at a later stage if the customer wishes to see the history he should be able view the past transactions andd the history of food items that were ordered and if they are a returning customer again ordering there should be some loyalty points and discounts to be applied at the end of the second visit and subsequent visit if such promotion is ON, so all this should be available in the sysetem admin panel to do such configurations- the website should be looking good with the most apealing color - please share your understanding and the scope of work, exclusions clarity and the bid cost
