We currently have a website which is not user friendly and confusing. We are looking for an experienced and skillful website/UX designer to improve our online marketplace interface and user journey. The ultimate purpose of this website is to allow users to pay and book appointments online with their preferred choice (selected by filtering function) in only a few steps. So the interface must be very clear and simple, and to increase conversion.

You will be discussing the ideas with our CEO, and work closely with our web development team.
