I'm looking for an experienced web designer who can create an attractive, modern, and minimalistic website via Webflow for an HR company focused on the Tech market.
Our primary audience is independent contractors and medium size companies and our main aim is to attract potential clients.
The design should be sleek, easy to navigate, and exhibit an understanding of what appeals to independent contractors.
Key requirements include:
- Proven experience in Webflow platform (The website design will be implemented on Webflow)
- Understanding of modern yet minimalistic design
- A knowledge of the tech industry to, at least, use that as a reference in the design
- Portfolio showcasing related projects
The website should have:
- 6 pages (home, About us, Jobs, blog, services and contacts)
- Search bar is essential because we will start to develop a blog section and we need our content to be easily searchable.
Your task isn't just to design - convey our brand's story effectively through your design and turn visitors into potential clients. Strong knowledge of UX/UI is essential. An understanding of the HR industry, particularly with relation to independent contractors, is highly advantageous.
Please note that, by accepting our offer, you will be working directly with our digital marketing agency and not directly with the HR company.
