Looking for a designer to create individual headers for the global main site and about 6 regional sites.
each regional site will have a unique design but will be based on an overall style and theme.
Example, site from Australia will show the Australian flag. Indian site will have Indian elements etc.

Each site requires new design for:

- header
- page elements
- footer

yo must have:

- a very strong knowledge of CSS
- an awesome portfolio
- EXCELLENT design skills
