I want a UI/UX Designer (Figma Preferred)

I am building a Hospital/Clinic Management system. This will include, Web, Mobile (Android/iOS) and Desktop application for users like Doctors, Nurses, Patient and Accounts at the initial stage. Later we will add more user roles like Pharmacy, Laboratory, etc.

I want a designer for long term to assist me on this. I will share wire frame of each user roll. Designer should be able to create the UI as per the requirements and using some own ideas to make it look better and attractive.
