5 stars expert web designer needed for e-commerce startup website

I have everything set up in terms of products to sell (I have very good factory contacts in China, and can provide the best wholesale prices available). I have been in the dropshipping business for many years, but it's time to take the next level and go into wholesale. The new website will keep the dropshipping part so buyers can order samples of the product, but the main business will be wholesale. So website needs to be built from scratch, and we will also need ongoing tech support, so this will most likely be a full time job. Successful applicant will need to be skilled in automation, API integration, user friendly experience, chatbot integration, etc. The ordering process needs to be almost fully automated. If you can work good with AI and be faster, I have no problem with it I worked with Ukrainian people well in the past, so for this job I'm looking for one also, trying to do my bit in helping with the ongoing war.
I need someone focused on work 100%, as the website will be essential to the success of this venture. We can agree on a price for the website to be build, and then a monthly salary for support. Also if you come with upgrades that increase our sales, you will get bonuses. So work hard, get paid hard, this is my motto. Also very good english is a must, as we have to understand each other. I will need to see some of your past completed projects before I will commit to hire someone
I haven't set up a budget yet, but it would be up to $5000 for the website build, and then a monthly salary with bonuses for hard worker guy/team. I am willing to share my profits if business goes well, so I want you to be highly motivated to come up with upgrades and let's do it :D.
