I need a landing page for a free downloadable PDF work book. I will have a QR Code in the back page of my non fiction book. The reader will scan the QR code which will take them to this landing page, the reader will then enter their email address which will then allow me to send them the free Work Book. Resulting in the reader getting a FREE Work Book in exchange for me getting the readers email address.
So what I require is:
- Landing page
- Automated email list builder ie Mail Chimp
- The landing page Web Site can be very basic as it is just a landing page.
I am open to suggestions.
