A responsive landing page cum PWA build with vuejs (please check description) -- 2

This is a basically a todo app with more advanced features. I'm looking for a developer who can work along side. Time is not a constraint as this is a mvp prototype. Since this app's wireframe/ux workflow are still in progress. We will be working on a sprint basis with feature gettings added every week. Please bid accordingly. We are not planning to finish it in one go.
