renovate an existing website, build another but new website, PR strategy, press releases, grant-writing, fundraising

There is currently a need for the aforementioned skills for a project which is a charitable advocacy group. It is a center which provides education on wildlife conservation and the environment to the public. The second project is completely apart from the first one and involves advocacy efforts in protecting the opportunity for people to work with distinct species - especially since the voice of such people is being drowned out by the onslaught of wealthy animal rights groups and stifling government regulation. I doubt all of the skills mentioned will be found in only one person so I'm looking to get information, including cost, in hiring more than one professional.
