redesign our website

I look for a designer who can redesign our website so it will look more ui/ux for our users. The current design is old and not getting us any traffic, therefore we would like to hire the perfect designer who can deliver a product we can be proud of to share on our website.
As you are the designer you can build what ever you fill for, based on your creating and expertise. Be creative and you can improvise, we can talk about it after. And of course pc/ tablet and mobile responsive.
I have the programer/developer, you just take care of the design.

PS. everyone is promising to much in here, and in the end I have a feeling I will be disappointed like all the time when hiring a freelancer unfortunately, seem like there is 99% untrustworthy freelancers that promise they can do work they don’t even qualify or have the expertise to complete. So atm I’m trying to gather as much information as i can from everyone whos contacting me. So please, study our website, and send me a sketch or anything similar so i know you will be the right for this task.
