We need to develop a web app that will primarily for buying real estate in square meters.
The project will have four basic modules:
1 User module: This will enable users sign on, create their profiles, log in, invite others and buy listed properties from the marketplace. Users can also upgrade their profiles to premium users for an annual or monthly subscription to enable them do more on the platform.
users can buy square meters of real estate as space holders or space owners and can resell at the secondary market
They will have dashboard that will highlight their activities on the platform
2. Secondary Marketplace
Properties or portion of properties bought in the primary market can be sold at secondary market by owners with a mark up or discount or simply at market value.
3. sellers Module: This for project developers, property owners or agents to list their properties for admin to review before going live for buyers to either pre-order, buy and pay now, or buy and pay in bits.
4. Admin section: will manage review of listing, site management either directly or through a team of sub admin or staff with assigned permissions.
5. System: are basically for routine issues that are required to make the site functional.
