pathology lab software

I am looking for someone to help develop a pathology lab software with specific features. These features include patient management, test management, and reporting and analysis. The software does not need to be integrated with any existing systems. The estimated number of users who will need to access the software is 1-3. The ideal candidate will have the experience and skills required to deliver a successful solution. Ultimately, I'd like to have software that is intuitive enough for all users, and can be implemented easily on our end.
