openemr organization setup

We are a diagnostics lab trying to setup openemr for all our EMR necessities. Finished setting up openemr Version 7.0 on Apache engine. Done setting up basic settings for our organization. Need help in setting up the following.
1. Setting Billing
2. Setting Patient Portal.
3. Setting remote facilities.
4. Setting Insurance.
5. Any other features that we can avail on EMR.
6. Connections to our cloud ( Optional )
7. Connecting to our LIS system ( Labdaq ). ( Optional or guidelines)
8. Best practices.
9. Setup Security.
The site is not a public access yet, so has to be done with screen share as we have sensitive patient data.
