new domain registration and email hosting

I am looking for someone to assist me with new domain registration and email hosting. i have a domain name in mind.
Need help with registration of domain and setting up email on zoho mail for 2 email addresses

your task will be:

register a new domain on a server in India
setup 2 x email account on zoho mail

web hosting is not required at this stage
