.net dev required to build a custom MSP portal

Budget: $10 – $30 AUD

Your talents are required to kick off the development of a web application to serve an I.T. business that wants a custom portal to manage jobs, work orders, customers initially, with more features to be progressively added.

We will require you to install remote worker monitoring software (of our choosing) unless you elect to go with the quoted price model.
The first phase requirements are:
- Create a Visual Studio project (.net) and sync it with BitBucket (git)
- Incorporate the existing public website (WordPress) into the project
- Make minor changes to the design of the public site (see attached file)
- Create a password protected portal
- Integrate the Webix Desktop - https://webix.com/demos/web-desktop/ - into the portal (we have a licence for this)
- Build the following modules within the portal
- Customer list
- Job List
- Work order form
- Generate PDF or the work order and send to customer
- Send SMSs (we have the provider integration code ready) to customer and process reply
- Prove that you’ve read this description thoroughly by putting ‘Ukraine’ in the first line of your proposal. All proposals missing this will be ignored.

The portal to achieve the following objectives:
- Be able to search/view/add customers
- Create jobs against customer records
- Techs to view workorders and fill out required information
- Export the workorder as PDF and email to customer
- Send an SMS to customer to confirm receipt of workorder and check satisfaction with job performed
- Export billing information to Xero via API to generate an invoice
