I need a word press plugin developer

I have a live property website that uses Real homes themes by inspiry themes, what we are wanting is to edit the plugin itself so that we can add remove certain features and reconstruct both the front-end and the back-end to bran a new design that stands out to customers.

The Front-end features must include, a completely new design, animated navbar, Parallax scroll effect, and a video embedded on the home page that plays automatically and on loop.
Back-end features must include, a new input field that only is visible to agents which are the landlord’s name, addresses and, contact details as well as an entire redesign that will be user-friendly for the agents.
Continuing on, the backends properties section, we are wanting to be able to hover over one of our properties and it displays owner details as well as a private note. We have added this feature on the plugin editor but we want it built into the plugin itself as well as the below features (if you would like to view this added feature we can give admin access)
The auto-generated reference number that comes with the plugin is a good function however we need to be sequential for example 1001 1002 1003 and so on as well as options to make it randomized.
I am also wanting to add new functionality such as the Messenger option however I want to be able to disable or enable that feature.
We are also wanting bran new section added which will be the property owners List database that will display the owner’s name and if that owner has one more property under his name including owner details and Owner ID (please note that this section is agent access only).
We are also wanting watermark functionality added to the photos.
We leave the design in your capable hands we are looking for a professional, sleek and smart website that is a user-friendly and overall good experience.
The client wants to offer this plugin to few agents based in malta please check out our competitor’s website to give you references.

This leaves a question as we already have active properties being displayed on the current website when editing the plugin and placing it back into WordPress will this affect all the data that is being displayed?
