need weebly website

I am looking for a freelancer to create a Weebly website for personal use. I am open to suggestions for design and layout, but I do have some ideas in mind. I would like the website to have a contact form where visitors can reach out to me. Additionally, I would like to have the ability to create and maintain a blog on the website. Finally, an image gallery to showcase my personal photos would be ideal.
