I need my website updated and remodeled to look a specific way.

I currently run my website through Wix and I feel my website is not as welcoming as I envisioned. I want to keep Wix as my base and only want a cosmetic change though I am open to any ideas. I have an image and some example sites to show how I want it changed though I am open to suggestions. I am looking for someone who is willing to explain their process just so I can understand what’s changing and if a problem arises in the future I can fix it.
