I need a website developer to help build and create our business platform

My business partner and I are looking to start a Media business here in Hong Kong. We are currently looking for a website developer that can help us build a secure platform for our clients. The site will need to be an interactive process that allows for clients to seamlessly navigate through.
The client will enter the portal in which they have access to all of their content. This portal should be unique to the client with a custom username and password. The interface will also be personalized with the client's information and branding. Within the portal, they will find the backdated history of all content and assets that have been delivered in which they can view and download (we want a similar setup to google drive or dropbox integration) . This information will need to be stored in a private network that is secure and only accessible via the client.
