I need a simple, elegant portfolio website created for myself. I do not expect you to code everything, you can use available templates and make required changes to them. I will pay for hosting and domain so do not include them in your charges. I have specified a budget because it is an obligation, but I'm willing to be flexible. I prefer candidates with previous similar experience.
