I need a squarespace professional

Job ID: 32818308

Budget: $30 – $250 AUD

We require some CRO work, Design changes and flow work.

We are a not for profit based in australia:

Make navigation smaller, a lot of white space top and bottom

Page title is within an image, Google can't read this! (For more SEO juice - add text as Heading 1)
Moving some of the content to different blog posts or pages and linking away to the content if they want to see it.
grayscale all of the community business logos and have them show coloured on hover to show that they are linked and to keep the TAIM brand consistency.

Home page: Optimising your page speed on mobile and desktop at the moment they rank very low (See: https://pagespeed.web.dev/report?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.taims.com.au%2F) 7/100 for mobile and 48/100 for desktop. This has a negative impact on SEO and UX as, unfortunately, the younger generations aren't very patient people.
JDM Giveaway Page: also requires page speed optimisation (see: https://pagespeed.web.dev/report?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.taims.com.au%2Fjdm-giveaways) It currently ranks 11/100 for mobile and 19/100 for desktop.

Couple of best practice tips for UX (Desktop, tablet & mobile):
Best practice for visually impaired accessibility - minimum font size is 16px
Your buttons have quite long text, best practice is two to five words for quick fast readability and never exceed more than 1 line on mobile (otherwise they stop looking like buttons), a call to action button should be actionable text too e.g. "Enter Giveaway Now" or "Buy a Ticket"
Your buttons contrast with white text on your brand blue background and have very poor contrast. This means on some screens it strains peoples eyes, the visually impaired might have trouble seeing it and is not as eye capturing, which for most call to action buttons on the website you want. Recommend changing all buttons to black on brand blue. (See Screenshots below)

I also recommend making the gray on the website darker as it also has a low contrast visibility on white backgrounds. e.g. the navigation items might be hard to read on particular screens, devices and those with visually impaired. Currently: #999, it will need to be #585858 or darker to achieve "Very Good" status. (see screenshot below)
