We need someone who can build us a lead capture to our website.
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
We are a Real Estate Mortgage Lender in the US. We have begun a redesign of our current website in WordPress and Elementor. We are looking for a sharp web development team to finish the project. Primary tasks will include:
• Updating content on existing pages
• Copying additional content from our corporate parent website
• Adding a Lead Capture script to the site
• Metrics – set up usage/visitor tracking
Once the primary tasks are completed, we will want to add the following:
• Intranet – a section that can be accessed by username and password for staff documents, vendor lists, resources, etc.
• Lead Capture that outputs to a FNM 3.4 file (new Fannie Mae protocol). Takes a full application and converts it into a universal format for importing into loan origination programs.
